Our tutors work with students in middle school, high school, college and grad school in both one-on-one and class/workshop contexts. Other responsibilities can include grading mock tests for clients, analyzing student performance metrics to devise tailored learning strategies, and aiding in the development of new CATES products and services.
CATES tutors enjoy a flexible commitment, with competitive hourly rates and opportunities for progression as a tutoring professional. Many of our tutors also choose to take on additional work in either staff roles or for special projects.
CATES staff members support the work of our tutors in educational, administrative, technical, and business roles.
Tutors and staff members who demonstrate an interest in learning more about business development may be eligible to become an Area Director. Area Directors are responsible for the efficient operation of the CATES brand in a given market. Area Directors normally continue to tutor but also receive compensation on top of their tutoring payments in the form of monthly salaries and performance bonuses.
